| Refunds - | Credit card - We will credit the original credit card used for the transaction, if a check or money order was used on original transaction, we will refund with check, PAYPAL - if PAYPAL was used on original transaction we will credit your PAYPAL account.. If you prefer another form of refund we are always willing to satisfy our customers, this is our goal. | |
| Credit card Process |
This is the Credit card process: You the customer places an order and uses a credit card to make payment. We get authorization from your credit card company to charge for the amount of your purchase. We do not charge at this time only receive authorization from your Credit card bank. We check stock to make sure we have what you ordered. If there is no changes or shipping charges added to your order we charge your card for the amount authorized. If the ship to address is outside the USA we will then void the original authorization on the card. We add the shipping charge and again authorize your card for the new total amount (order plus shipping). Once authorized for the new amount we then charge the card. So to you it may appear we charged you twice but we only charged your card one time. |
