Hosiery Mate is a gentle one-step wash that cleans, conditions, and deodorizes
hose in just 3 minutes. This unique, patented formula also strengthens and softens
delicate fibers to prolong wear life. Hosiery Mate also eliminates static cling and
preserves elasticity and color. You will love the silkier feel and lavender scent of
your cleaner, fresher hosiery after this treatment. Hosiery Mate is safe to use on
compression hose.

How does it work?
Adding Hosiery Mate to water releases an emulsified resin polymer that electro
statically bonds to the fibers. It creates a protective coating while allowing the mild
detergent system to lift out soil and perspiration. The soil is then kept in suspension
and removed in the water, rather than redeposit onto the hosiery. So each pair
4 comes out clean. Rinsing is unnecessary.

Why a special wash for hosiery?
Each time you launder your hosiery with soap or detergent, especially in a washing
machine, the nylon fibers deteriorate. Weakened fibers are more susceptible to
runs, snags, and sagging.

Hosiery Mate Washing Instructions

Your fine nylons, especially Vintage Nylon Stockings, Pantyhose and compression hose will last longer and
feel silkier when you wash with Hosiery Mate before each wearing.

Pour a capful of Hosiery Mate into a sink half-filled with warm water- no need to freeze your fingers in cold water! You can wash 2 pairs of pantyhose per capful - up to 60 pairs per 8-ounce bottle. In washing machine, use 1/8 cup for a small load.

Swish gently for 15 seconds. Hosiery Mate's patented formula, bonds to nylon fibers to strengthen them- reducing runs, snags and snagging. Your pantyhose can last 3 times longer.

Squeeze out excess moisture- NO NEED TO RINSE- and hang dry away from direct heat. Hosiery Mate also contains conditioners- so you'll love the silkier feel of your cleaner, fresher hosiery after Hosiery Mate treatment.

For an Extra Rinse If you like - Hosiery Mate is formulated to lift out soil and perspiration. The soil is then kept in suspension rather than deposited on what you are washing. If you feel you must rinse, simply add a half capful of the Hosiery Mate to your fresh rinse water.
